GENTEX Visionix is the newly formed unit of GENTEX, dedicated to the design, development, demonstration and fielding of next generation helmet/head mounted information display systems.
Our goal is to become the world's recognized leader in selected markets for man-worn display systems in aerospace and defense applications. Our strategy is to combine our unparalleled military mission systems experience and warfighter life support equipment pedigree, in order to provide our customers with the optimum, fully integrated man-worn display systems that are the absolute best value and ideally supportable solution.
Our man-worn display products are specifically designed to operate seamlessly with the other related life support equipment and helmets. GENTEX is the manufacturer of the HGU-55/P, HGU-56/P, HGU-68/P, HGU-84/P, ACS helmets, and most recently has been selected by the U.S. DoD to develop and produce the next generation Modular Air Crew Common Helmet (MACH).
GENTEX Visionix E-O product development is centered in Aurora, Illinois. Carbondale, Pennsylvania is the location for GENTEX Corporate Headquarters and Visionix senior management.
GENTEX Visionix is currently executing helmet mounted display contracts and conducting program activities with customers that include: U.S. Navy, U.S. Marines, U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard, U.S. Army, in addition to our ongoing work with major air framers and weapons platform systems integrators.
